She holds a degree in Medicine from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (1998). Specialist in Gynecology and Obstetrics. Health Management from COPPEAD-UFRJ. Master’s and Ph.D. in Medicine from UFRJ. Awarded as a Young Scientist of Our State – RJ. She has experience in health regulation, having worked as a regulatory physician at the State Health Department of Rio de Janeiro from 2001 to 2014, and was head of the Regulation and Evaluation Sector of the Maternity School between 2011 and 2014. She works in screening programs for pre-eclampsia, gestational risk, and congenital heart disease at the Maternity School of UFRJ. She was responsible for the Statistics and Ultrasound sectors of the Maternity School of UFRJ and served as deputy coordinator of the Obstetrics internship in 2014. She was a substitute professor of Obstetrics at the UFRJ School of Medicine for two terms: in 2014 and in 2017–2018. She was Coordinator of the Diagnostic and Therapeutic Support Service (SADT) and the Therapeutic Support Service (SAT) until August 2024. She is currently Head of the Research and Technological Innovation Management Unit of the Maternity School, UFRJ/EBSERH Hospital Complex. Young Scientist of Our State – FAPERJ (2023–2025).
