The student must present proof of attendance to the defense for each semester completed. It is not necessary to have one in each semester, but the number of attendances must equal the number of semesters completed.
Below, we provide the attendance form for the Defense. If you are unable to obtain a signature from a committee member, simply send screenshots from any moment during the presentation along with the completed form.
