The latest general alumni analysis of the PPGCM showed that the majority (52.1%) pursue successful careers in health-related professions in the job market, without academic ties. However, 47.9% continue to engage in research activities, including those furthering their education as doctoral or postdoctoral students (23.9%). Therefore, 24% can be considered research-focused. A significant portion (27.3%) works primarily in higher education, in public or private institutions, but only 8% are faculty members in “stricto sensu” graduate programs.
